Cons: Less efficient, higher gas/electric costs
Tankless Water Heaters
Newer technology leads to more efficiency. The tankless water heaters heat water on demand instead of storing a supply of hot water, which is kept at the desired temperature.
Pros: More efficient, longer lifespan, investment, lower gas/electric costs
Cons: More expensive unit, higher installation costs, may require an electrician to install
